Booker Fitness And Performance, LLC offers 3 different programs for our clients to take advantage of to help reach their desired fitness goals! Our 1-on-1 Performance Consulting Program, Evolution of Cardio Program and Stretch and Recover Program will help you accomplish your personal vision!


The 8 session program with 2 consultations included are geared toward athletic development. The bi-weekly sessions for the initial month will be paired with private consultations to address mental, emotional and non physical aspects of the game for personal development.

Workout duration = 1hr – 1hr 30mins. / Consultation Duration = 1hr
